Values and Beliefs

My core values are to always take Ownership, be Accountable and accept Responsibility - ALWAYS.
I believe that anyone being evaluated should certainly bare a relevant skill set applicable to the requirement. However, it is my greatest belief that a person with a Great Attitude and a slightly lower current skill level should be chosen. Skills can be taught with the right attitude. Attitude is something developed in our youth and or if a person truly desires to improve by oneself. Great Attitude = Everything.
